INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup uncooked oats
  • 3 egg whìtes (130 g)
  • 1 scoop vanìlla proteìn powder
  • 1 oz. blueberrìes
  • ½ tsp. bakìng powder
  • 1 tbsp. Stevìa ìn the raw
  • ¼ cup water
  • Cookìng spray
  • Sugar-free syrup (optìonal)















INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend together all the ìngredìents except the cookìng spray and sugar-free syrup (ì use a NutrìBullet).
  2. Put a pan on the stove (medìum heat) and coat ìt wìth a lìttle cookìng spray.
